Build the Growth Engine Behind Our Recruitment

Want to help us grow faster without working harder? You know how.

Using data, funnels, automation, AI, and smart experimentation, you ensure we continuously reach new talent often before the market even notices them. At STAR, you won’t just run campaigns. You’ll build a scalable talent growth engine.

You'll use data, funnels, and experimentation to transform reach → conversion → placements.

What You'll Do

  • Own the top of the recruitment funnel: attracting and converting talent

  • Build and optimize candidate acquisition funnels

  • Design and run experiments to increase reach, conversion, and candidate inflow

  • Analyze performance data and continuously optimize based on insights

  • Leverage technology, automation, and campaigns to create scalable growth

  • Connect and integrate data warehouses and recruitment systems

  • Build dashboards and generate actionable insights

  • Support recruitment consultants with a continuous flow of qualified talent

In short: you make sure talent finds us and we find them.

Vereisten

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's or Master's level working and thinking ability

  • At least 2 years of experience in Growth Hacking, Performance Marketing, Search Automations, Recruitment Marketing, or a similar growth-focused role

  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with funnels, data, experimentation, and conversion optimization

  • Hands-on experience with automation tools, CRM systems and ATS systems, AI tooling, dashboards, and integrations

  • An entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for testing, learning, and scaling what works
