Not a traditional recruiter, but a builder. Someone who gets excited about optimizing processes, connecting tools, building workflows and experimenting with AI.

You will develop the systems behind modern recruitment.

From sourcing automation to AI workflows and ATS integrations: you make recruitment smarter, faster and more scalable.

What will you do?

  • Automate and optimize recruitment processes

  • Test, implement and improve AI tools

  • Build workflows in tools such as Make, Zapier, ATS and CRM systems

  • Create smart sourcing and outreach automations

  • Develop dashboards and reporting insights

  • Launch experiments and innovations around AI and automation

  • Collaborate with recruiters, marketing and business teams

  • Take ownership of recruitment innovation within STAR

  • A gross monthly salary between €4,000 and €6,000

What are we looking for?

You do not need to be a hardcore developer. We are mainly looking for someone who is curious, tech-savvy and solution-oriented.

For example, someone with experience in:

  • automation

  • no-code tooling

  • recruitment operations

  • RevOps

  • CRM/ATS management

  • growth operations

  • process optimization

  • AI tooling

In addition:

  • You think analytically and process-oriented

  • You enjoy experimenting with new technology

  • You like building and improving systems

  • You work independently and take initiative

  • You can translate technical solutions into practical business impact
